Dear Customer,

We at ShieldHost.com a division of We Host Anyone INC, would like to remind you once again about our new billing interface that works like a clock. This new software far outperforms ModernBill we have been using all this time.

It has a much simpler interface and is very user friendly. All payment gateways work on this platform (Authorize.net, 2checkout.com, PayPal) and synchronize with your payment history. You will also be able to generate both your billing and sales inquiries through this interface.


A) Please note that ONLY the support tickets are still handled through https://support.shieldhost.com/

B) If you have submitted a sales/billing inquiry through https://support.shieldhost.com (old billing/sales ticketing system) and your issue has not yet been resolved then please login to the new billing system at https://my.shieldhost.com/billmin and create a new ticket for a 48 hour resolution.

You login at the following URL (https://my.shieldhost.com/billmin/) using your ModernBill login information to get in. If you do not have your login information handy simply click on the forgot Password link and enter your account email address to have it sent to you instantly. If that option does not work either simply give us a call at 818 547-9722 Mon-Fri 9:30Am-5:30PM PST and one of our customer service representative will be glad to help you with the login retrieval.

You may have got a few invoice emails from the system as it is integrated with the database already. If the information is incorrect and does not match your payment history, please create a new billing ticket and we will definitely get it resolved for you.

NOW…

Please login to the new billing interface (https://my.shieldhost.com/billmin/) and make sure all your information is correct, as in the next 24 hours the ModernBill interface will be NO longer available. You do want to make sure your web site does not get suspended due to lack of having correct credit card information, missing perosnal information or incorrect billing address on file, any of which will result in uncollected fees for hosting services leading to suspension.

Please note that for some of you the credit card information may have not transferred over completely, so you really DO want to login to this new account interface and confirm the credit card information is on file. It will be found under "My Details" section of the interface.

Please make sure you have your information UP to DATE.

Please enter or update any information that is incorrect, no longer accurate or missing.

a) Your full name.
b) Your full mailing/billing address.
c) Your credit card information on file.
d) Your contact email address you want the correspondence to be sent to.
