This notice is to inform you that we are in the process of updating our server IP addresses.
During this process you may find some minor issues mainly related to inability to access your control panel or webmail, IF you are trying to access those through a server IP address (ex. http://69.59.28.93/cpanel) or server canonical domain name (ex. http://cp11.shieldhost.com/cpanel).
This issue can be easily and quickly resolved if you use your DOMAIN NAME instead (ex. http://domain_name.com/cpanel , http://domain_name.com/webmail).
Once the IP address update is complete you will be notified of the new IP addresses. We will post that information on this page.
In case your problem does not get resolved by following these tips, do not hesitate to contact our support team.

For Dedicated Servers owners,
Please ensure that you provide your server's primary IP address and/or hostname when you submit your ticket.
For Shared/Reseller Hosting owners,
Please ensure that you provide your domain name when you submit your ticket.
It is good practice to include as much details as necessary for us to replicate your issue. For example, for email server login issues, to include the login /password for us to run our tests.
Tickets are answered by priority, and by the order in which they are received. While we aim to respond as quickly as possible, however it may take 1-2 hours to reply during unusually busy periods.
